The Gateway Pundit has obtained footage of a meeting in the Maricopa County tabulation room between Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett and Defendants’ attorneys after day one of the Lake v. Hobbs election trial.
This meeting started at approximately 6:15 pm on December 21 and ended close to 9 pm.
Footage of the nearly three-hour meeting was obtained from the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) live cameras on the Recorder’s webpage.
Attorney Joseph La Rue appears to be sitting across from Scott Jarrett and coaching him on what to say when called to the stand the next day. It is unclear who the other individuals are.
This meeting at MCTEC occurred after Scott Jarrett potentially lied in court on December 21, stating he did not have a clue how 19-inch ballot images could be printed on a 20-inch paper.
The next day, Jarrett changed his testimony to state that he learned of a fit-to-paper issue “a few days after Election Day” that printed “a slightly smaller image of a 20-inch image on a 20-inch paper ballot.”
The Gateway Pundit recently reported on Jarrett’s conflicting testimonies regarding this issue during day one and day two of the trial.
Scott Jarrett also stated Thursday that this printer setting that caused tabulators to fail, creating wait times as long as four hours for election day voters, was changed on election day.
According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates.
Parikh testified under oath on Wednesday that he inspected a sample of ballots, and it was “easily identifiable” that nearly half of them were printed with a 19-inch ballot image on 20-inch paper. He also stated that this could not have happened accidentally or by coincidence and caused Election Day tabulators across Maricopa County to fail and create extremely long wait times for Election Day voters.
Parikh stated in his cross-examination on Wednesday that a fit-to-paper or shrink-to-fit setting “can’t be accidental as all the employees that man the EMS are trained.”
While Scott Jarrett was being coached by attorneys likely to change his testimony from Wednesday after lying under oath, he appears to be distressed and fidgeting as they tell him what to say. At one point, at around 8:44 pm, Jarrett appears to wipe the sweat off of his face with his sleeve and cover his face with his hands.
This meeting is especially suspicious because Jarrett went on the stand in court the next day to testify that he had known since “a few days” after the election that “ballots had a fit-to-paper issue,” which caused “a slightly smaller image of a 20-inch image on a 20-inch paper ballot” in the 2022 General Election and three recent elections prior.
This was after his testimony on Wednesday, where he stated that he had “no knowledge” of this occurring, he has no idea how this could occur, he did not hear of any reports of this occurring, and if this happened, “it would have been a mistake.” It appears that Scott Jarrett committed perjury with his conflicting testimonies.
