President Trump went off on far-left judge Juan Merchan on Sunday night ahead of his sentencing in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare ‘hush money’ case.
Trump will be sentenced in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare hush money case on January 10 before his inauguration.
“This court finds that neither the vacatur of the jury’s verdicts nor dismissal of the indictment are required by the Presidential immunity doctrine, the Presidential Transition Act or the Supremacy Clause,” Judge Juan Merchan wrote last Friday.
Merchan said Trump will not serve time behind bars and allowed him to appear virtually at his sentencing this week.
President Trump blasted Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Judge Merchan and Biden’s DOJ ahead of his sentencing.
“D.A. Alvin Bragg never wanted to bring this lawless case against me. He was furious at the way it was handled, and especially angry at MARK POMERANTZ for his behavior, and what he did. Ultimately, the Biden/Harris DOJ forced Bragg to concoct anything to embarrass TRUMP. But it was even more so what the CORRUPT and TOTALLY CONFLICTED POLITICAL HACK Judge did, and is doing, on this sham trial. I even have, STILL, an Unconstitutional Gag Order where I am not allowed to speak about the Judge’s highly disqualifying Conflicts of Interest. Virtually ever legal scholar and pundit says THERE IS NO (ZERO!) CASE AGAINST ME. The Judge fabricated the facts, and the law, no different than the other New York Judicial and Prosecutorial Witch Hunts. That’s why businesses are fleeing New York, taking with them millions of jobs, and BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TAXES. The legal system is broken, and businesses can’t take a chance in getting caught up in this quicksand. IT’S ALL RIGGED, in this case against a political opponent, ME!!!” Trump said on Truth Social Sunday evening.
In April, Trump was convicted on all 34 felony counts after he was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.”
Merchan previously rejected Trump’s effort to overturn the felony conviction based on the presidential immunity argument after the Supreme Court ruled that US presidents have immunity from prosecution for official acts.
The entire case was rigged.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.
Loren Merchan’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., has received tens of millions of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump.
According to The New York Post, Loren Merchan helped Democrats raise $93 million off of her father’s case.
In August House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan subpoenaed the company, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., of Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Loren.
