President Trump has spoken out against a frivolous lawsuit filed by a radical-left ‘watchdog’ group, which will be overseen by one of the most biased judges in the country.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The far-left watchdog group American Oversight has filed a lawsuit targeting some of President Trump’s most loyal warriors, including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and DNI Tulsi Gabbard. Their supposed crime? Using the double-encrypted messaging app Signal to communicate about military operations.
American Oversight has hauled in Hegseth, Gabbard, Ratcliffe, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and even the National Archives, claiming this Signal chat somehow violates the Presidential Records Act. And who’s been tapped to oversee this stupid lawsuit? None other than Judge James E. Boasberg—a radical Obama appointee who has played a key role in sabotaging Trump’s agenda for purely partisan reasons.
This is the FOURTH case Boasberg has been assigned to involving the Trump Administration. Some coincidence.
Federal district courts usually assign cases to judges through a random selection process to ensure impartiality and prevent “judge shopping,” where litigants might attempt to have their cases heard by a particular judge perceived as favorable. According to the Federal Bar Association, this practice is designed to uphold the integrity and fairness of the judicial system.
Does anyone believe this is what happened here? Trump certainly doesn’t think so and made it crystal clear in a fiery Truth social post this morning.
“How disgraceful is it that “Judge” James Boasberg has just been given a fourth “Trump Case,” something which is, statistically, IMPOSSIBLE. There is no way for a Republican, especially a TRUMP REPUBLICAN, to win before him. He is Highly Conflicted, not only in his hatred of me — Massive Trump Derangement Syndrome! — but also, because of disqualifying family conflicts,” Trump wrote.
“Boasberg, who is the Chief Judge of the D.C. District Court, seems to be grabbing the “Trump Cases” all to himself, even though it is not supposed to happen that way, Trump pointed out. “Is there still such a thing as the “wheel,” where the Judges are chosen fairly, and at random? The good news is that it probably doesn’t matter, because it is virtually impossible for me to get an Honest Ruling in D.C. ”
Trump closed his statement by demanding an investigation into the judicial system.
“Our Nation’s Courts are broken, with New York and D.C. being the most preeminent of all in their Corruption and Radicalism. There must be an immediate investigation of this Rigged System, before it is too late!”
On top of these facts pointed out by Trump, the so-called leaked chat scandal has now blown up in the left’s faces after Jeffrey Goldberg and his co-worker Shane Harris published details of the military plans against the Houthis to call Team Trump’s bluff and humiliate Trump. But Goldberg ended up accidentally proving them right by now referring to the military operations as “attack plans.”
In addition, CIA Director John Ratcliffe blew Goldberg’s story to smithereens during a Senate Intel Committee hearing on Tuesday, pointing out that no undercover CIA agent was part of the Signal chat—debunking the leftist fantasy of some cloak-and-dagger conspiracy. He also confirmed that Signal is fully approved for government use.
