Corrupt Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is pushing new election rules, that were not approved by the state legislature, to make it easier for politicians to cheat in the Wolverine state.
This is Benson’s latest lawless effort to make elections less secure in her state. Benson has lost AT LEAST NINE lawsuits in the state pushing illegal tactics to make it easier for Democrats to cheat in the state.
In her latest efforts to make elections less secure in this battleground state, Benson is making it nearly impossible for the election integrity group Check My Vote to operate in the state and to continue to identify
Jocelyn Benson currently waged a war against the election integrity group Check My Vote and its founder Phani Mantravadi.
Phani described the current assault on his organization.
1) Jocelying Benson doesn’t want Michiganders to know the real reason behind how 125,428 excess votes got cast in the Nov 2024 election per the Oct 28, 2024 daily absentee report and what exactly the glitch was. The latest explanation offered by her office doesn’t hold water.
(2) Jocelying Benson doesn’t want Michiganders to know that vote counts from statewide QVF don’t reconcile with vote counts from county QVF from what little we’ve been able to see, until the SOS prohibited release of voter data from local counties. Why is she preventing release of voter lists from counties and voter data from e-pollbooks?
(3) Jocelying Benson wants Michiganders to think that voter roll maintenance is top-notch under her administration, with an occasional “glitch”. She wants Michiganders to think that the problems being exposed are due to misadministration by local clerks.
However, the mountain of problems in the voter rolls discovered so far compounded with the pattern of “glitches” suggests that there might be something more sinister and intentional.
After all, if she really wants to address the problems being brought to light and the problems arose due to mis-administration as she claims; one would think she would welcome solutions such as CheckMyVote.org and all the free work that citizen volunteers are doing.
Why won’t she accept that help?
She doesn’t want Michiganders to know that her intent is to maintain the status quo of systemic election corruption while sometimes hiding behind excuses such as “glitch”; and at other times intimidating citizens and entities who only want to help restore accuracy in voter rolls and transparency in elections.
The voter roll files are huge and are supposed to be formatted a certain way for my program to be able to process them automatically without my intervention.
However, the files arrive malformed on occasion and that creates extra work for me.
Most recently they removed the voting method data field that resulted in me having to re-write a lot of code to make the website still work as before.
The absentee report file format has been changed drastically and uglified effective Nov 2024 election. I spent weeks rewriting my code to suit their seemingly whimsical format changes under the guise of “transparency”; when in reality there’s key data fields missing in the new reports.
Sometimes there are special non-ascii characters inserted into the file that breaks my program.
I was just going through the EAC best practices manual and it states in there that voter roll maintenance may use 3rd party data and community organizations to aid list maintenance.
Question is why is the SOS going against that?
On Thursday night The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft spoke with Phani Mantravadi before a hearing on Friday fto discuss her latest lawless actions.
The Michigan Fair Elections Institute reported on the hearing on Friday at 9:30 AM.
Beginning at 9:30 a.m., Michiganders are allowed to make public comment on 12 administrative rules (R 168.251-168.262) that would impact Michigan election administration in the following ways:
Label effective research tools like Ancestry.com, Findagrave.com, and CheckMyVote.org as “unreliable sources” of information for voter roll clean-up purposes
Require expensive and time-consuming standards such as notarized affidavits for EACH challenged voter registration and certified mail requirements on other actions.
Expand preferential treatment for overseas military personnel to all overseas voters, 83% of whom are non-military.
Diminishes clerk efficiency requiring a two-year “waiting period” to implement certain changes vs the faster 30-day challenge timeline.
Creates broadly-written anti-harassment provisions with the potential to label any systematic challenge effort as “harassment.”
“These rules handcuff the clerks and create a bureaucratic quagmire,” says MFEI Founder and Chair Patrice Johnson.
