It’s already been happening for 5 years. Drip, drip, drip. Many of the richest citizens have been leaving NYC. And they’ve taken hundreds of billions of dollars of income, assets and jobs with them.
But what happens when EVERYONE still left in New York City with income and assets decides to escape- ALL AT ONCE?
It’s a “Mam-Commie Tsunami.”
You’re about to witness a modern day repeat of the Jewish Exodus from Egypt. Get ready. It’s about to happen. It will be like nothing you’ve ever seen.
*Every Republican with money is about to leave.
*Every white person with money is about to leave.
*Every Jew is about to leave.
*Every Catholic is about to leave.
*Every business owner is about to leave.
*The whole Wall Street is about to leave.
*Every Cop is about to leave.
And who does that represent? Most of the lawyers, doctors, accountants, stockbrokers, architects, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers and of course, business owners- big and small.
And who will police the streets? A Muslim army?
Everyone with income and assets, who does all the work, and pays all the taxes, and creates all the jobs, and buys all the goods, is about to run for their lives.
This extreme exodus has never happened to any city in America’s history.
But that’s because a radical Muslim communist, who pals around with terrorists, and preaches “global intifada,” and pledges to tax whites higher than minorities, and who wants to “tax the means of production,” has never been elected to run an American city before.
New York City is about to become “Kabul on the Hudson.”
What’s next? Sharia law? No Go Zones? Public loudspeakers broadcasting the Muslim call to prayer all day? Arresting Jews? Defunding police? Becoming the Muslim transgender surgery capital of America?
Will New York City go the way of Kabul, Fallujah, Kandahar, or Mogadishu? Trust me, no one is waiting around to find out.
How do I know this exodus about to happen?
First, I am a keen understander of human nature. There is one thing only that conservatives and liberals share- “NIMBY- not in my back yard.” When neighborhoods go bad- everyone runs!
Back in the 1970’s they passed “school busing” in my hometown of Mt. Vernon, NY. Liberal Democrats fought for it. But the minute it went into effect- busing black kids from high crime, drug-savaged, neighborhoods to our lily-white town, every white family (in particular, all the Jewish liberals) either moved, or sent their kids to private school. Overnight Mt. Vernon High School turned 90% black.
How do I know? Because I was a poor white kid- a S.O.B. (son of a butcher). My family couldn’t afford to move, or send me to private school. So, I became one of the few white students at all- black Mt. Vernon High School.
New York City is about to look like Mt Vernon High School- everyone white, Jewish and Catholic is about to run for their lives.
Second, my predictions for 10 years hosting national TV and radio are batting 1,000 %. My gut says this radical experiment will be the greatest disaster ever seen in U.S. history.
Third, I’m an ex New Yorker. I know how New Yorkers think. Yes, even the liberal ones.
I’m also a Jew. I grew up in an all-Italian Catholic neighborhood. I’m a high-income business owner. And I’m white.
I know exactly what’s going to happen.
Most importantly, take a look at the stats of what has already happened. These are facts direct from the IRS…
*For the past decade, New York has lost a stunning 1,750,000 citizens – that’s #1 in the USA. New Jersey has lost another 350,000 citizens. Connecticut has lost 117,000. Combined that adds up to 2 million people fleeing the New York Metro area!
That’s the size of my adopted hometown of Las Vegas.
*But New York didn’t lose just any citizens. It lost the ones with income and assets- the ones who pay the taxes. For the past decade, New York has lost $111 billion dollars of personal income. Add in $30 billion lost in New Jersey, and $12 billion lost in Connecticut. That’s over $150 billion dollars gone from the New York Metro economy.
Think of the jobs that would have created. Think of the taxes that would have paid. Think of the economic hit on stores and businesses in New York.
And who stayed?
The poor, minorities, illegals, criminals, welfare queens. The people who have no money and pay no taxes, and create no jobs. The people who take from the system- who need welfare, food stamps, disability, free healthcare and 100 other government programs.
*Just two states gained $250 billion in income when all those citizens relocated- Florida and Texas. When you add the top six states who gained all that income- including my beloved Nevada- well over $350 billion changed hands from high tax blue states, to low tax red states.
Liberals are clueless. If America (the country) elects a radical, extreme, Muslim communist there is nowhere to run. Few will pick-up and leave America. Actually that experiment already happened- we elected Barack Obama in 2008. And no one left the country.
But when this happens to one city (New York City) and one state (New York), there are 49 credible alternatives.
Anyone can pick up, sell their home, relocate their business and move to Florida, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee (FYI those are the top seven places that Americans with money relocated to over the past ten years according to IRS data). See:
Trust me, New York City and New York State are finished if Zohran Mamdani is elected on Tuesday. And based on polls, that is the reality.
Nothing like this has ever happened. New York City is about to become the biggest “No Go Zone” in U.S. history.
We are all about to witness a “Man-Commie Tsunami.”
