Senator Lindsey Graham has said he will “sue the hell out of” those behind the Biden regime’s ‘Arctic Frost’ operation.
The operation, led by Biden loyalists within the FBI and DOJ, involved secretly subpoenaing the phone and metadata records of numerous Republican lawmakers and Trump allies, part of their failed witch hunt to criminalize and silence those challenging widespread voter fraud that swayed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
During an appearance with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday evening, Graham laid out the spying and surveillance operation that was carried out against him.
In 2022, President Trump in November says, “I’m going to run again in ’24.” Three days later, Jack Smith is appointed special counsel in November 2022. By August 2023, there are 91 felony charges against him coming from New York, Washington, and Atlanta.
My phone records were seized as part of this. I am tired of this. The third leading DOJ lawyer left DOJ in Washington to work for Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. What was that all about?
Fani Willis’ boyfriend spent a day in the White House talking to the Jack Smith people. What was that all about? I think this was worse than Watergate, an effort to destroy President Trump, charge him with uh crimes that are just ridiculous, and come after people like me.
I’m not going to put up with this crap anymore. I’m going to sue. I’m going to sue the hell out of these people.
Hannity then asked Graham how much he intended to sue them for.
“Tens of millions of dollars because I went to Fani Willis in Atlanta, spent $1.2 million with that bullshit in Atlanta,” Graham responded.
”Now I find out they tap — they spy on my phone records as a senator and a private citizen, chairman of the Judiciary Committee in 2023.”

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the crimes committed by Jack Smith and his thugs during the Biden-led witch hunt.
Last month, the House Judiciary Committee released documents showing how investigators deployed FBI field offices nationwide, requested $16,600 for travel to conduct more than 40 interviews.
At least 109 people were actively targeted, including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Peter Navarro, Dan Scavino, Jeff Rosen, and Ed Martin.
