Ryan Samsel – born-again Christian patriot from Philadelphia – peacefully protested on January 6. The Biden-Harris regime put him on the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted “Domestic Terrorist” list.
Then they unleashed four years of calculated, sadistic HELL:
- Beaten unconscious by D.C. guards – shattered face, blood clots, lifelong injuries
- Tortured in a restraint chair up to 20 hours straight, covered in his own waste while children were paraded past to mock him
- Chemical-sprayed point-blank, denied medical care
- Caged next to the 1993 WTC bomber (who got $44 MILLION) while Ryan was treated worse than Abu Ghraib
- FBI: “Lie that Trump ordered it, or we destroy you.” He refused. They destroyed him anyway.
President Trump pardoned Ryan because he KNOWS he’s innocent. But right now, Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Trump DOJ are in federal court FIGHTING TO GIVE RYAN NOTHING – trying to DISMISS his last lifeline: the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) lawsuit against the United States for assault, battery, and deliberate torture.
If Bondi wins, Ryan gets $0 for his shattered body, his mountain of medical debt, or his ruined life.

The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) is the only mechanism that allows an American citizen to sue the federal government for intentional wrongdoing or negligence by its employees.
Ryan’s lawsuit (Samsel v. United States) specifically alleges:
- Assault & battery – the brutal 2021 beating
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress – 20-hour restraint-chair torture, public humiliation, isolation
- Deliberate medical indifference – refusing treatment, causing permanent injuries
- False imprisonment – punitive restraints far beyond any need
