Friends of Joe Biden are worried about the former President’s health as he continues to fight an aggressive form of cancer.
In May of last year, Biden announced he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that had spread to his bones.
The Washington Post has now reported that close friends of Biden have expressed concerns over Biden’s health as he battles cancer and undergoes treatment.
Two former Biden officials told the outlet that Biden has looked more fatigued than usual in recent weeks and suspect Biden’s cancer has taken a major toll on the 83-year-old.

Longtime friends and allies of Joe Biden say they are worried about the toll an aggressive form of prostate cancer is taking on the former president and his health. But Biden and his aides say he is doing well, making progress on ongoing projects and maintaining public appearances.
Biden has been encouraged as he has gone through treatment and aides said the former president is doing as well as they could hope nearly a year after he announced his metastatic prostate cancer diagnosis.
Four people close to Biden who have spoken with him in recent months, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive details, said there have been no updates from the president on his condition.
But the people, including two former Biden officials and an elected Democrat, said he has at times appeared more fatigued in private interactions over the past several weeks, a source of worry that they have attributed to the strain of cancer and its treatment.
Despite being diagnosed with cancer, that hasn’t stopped Biden from going out.
In December, the 46th President spoke at a LGBTQ forum in Washington, D.C., where he stumbled over his words on several occasions.
At one point, he stumbled over the word “America,” pronouncing it “Amerigotit.”

He was later spotted attending a Philadelphia Eagles game alongside his wife, Jill Biden.
Biden’s cancer is currently at stage 4; however, the degree to which it has spread to his bones has not been reported by Biden’s team.
